Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in addition to our General Terms and Conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer, you bear the regular costs of the return shipment. Otherwise, the provisions set out in detail in the following withdrawal instructions apply to the right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Puffin Ridge Co., Ubostr. 39, 81245 Munich, hello@puffinridge.co, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. You may also complete and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website http://www.puffinridge.co. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you (e.g., by email) confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date. You must return or hand over the goods to Puffin Ridge Co., c/o Shirtigo GmbH, Vitalisstraße 202, 50827 Cologne, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Note on the 14-Day Withdrawal Period
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped within the European Union. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
