You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

Here's how the return process works:

• Contact us by email at hello@puffinridge.co within 14 days of receipt — please do not return the goods on your own without contacting us first.
• We will send you the return address and further information.
• Please return the goods unused and in their original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• After receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method.

Damaged or defective goods:

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem.

We will arrange a free reprint or a refund.
